These days, many people who exercise or are on a diet eat boiled eggs. However, there are many cases where we do not know how to live well. For these people, I will introduce how to boil eggs well.

Control the amount of water
Add enough water to cover the eggs in a pot and boil. Adding a small amount of salt reduces the chances of the shell cracking.
How to add eggs
When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and carefully add the eggs. If you take the eggs out of the refrigerator right away, it is best to leave them at room temperature for a while or use cold water to reduce the temperature difference.
egg boiling time
Adjust the boiling time according to desired doneness.
- Soft-boiled (slightly runny yolk): 6 minutes
- Medium (soft yolks): 8 minutes
- Boiled (firm yolks): 10 to 12 minutes
We recommend using a timer to set the correct time.
How to peel the skin well
Once the eggs are fully cooked, immediately place them in cold or ice water. If you do this, the skin will peel off easily and the meat will cook nicely. If you soak it for about 5 minutes, the heat will cool down and you can easily peel the skin.

We hope that the above method will help you boil your favorite eggs well.
